Post-Live Website Launch Guide

This document outlines the key steps clinic owners should take after their website goes live to ensure it brings long-term value and growth.


STEP 1: Publish Your Website Across All Platforms #

Make your website visible everywhere your clinic has an online presence:

1.1 Add the website link to:

  • Facebook Page “About” section
  • Instagram bio
  • TikTok profile
  • Google Business Profile (under “Website”)
  • WhatsApp Business profile
  • Email signature (doctor and staff)
  • Any other platform (LinkedIn, X, etc.)

1.2 Test all links to ensure they’re working properly.


STEP 2: Include Website in All Social Media Posts #

2.1 Whenever you post content (health tips, promos, announcements), include a call to action:

  • Example: “Learn more at www.clinicname.com
  • Use short URLs or QR codes if space is limited

2.2 Add website link in captions, comments, or link in bio (especially for Instagram and TikTok)


STEP 3: Plan Future Website Content #

3.1 Create a basic content calendar for the next 1–3 months:

  • Blog topics (e.g. common illness, health education)
  • Promotion updates (e.g. vaccination discounts, screening packages)
  • FAQ articles from common patient queries

3.2 Identify who will be responsible for content creation

  • In-house staff or Lamanify content support

4.1 Before launching any digital ads (Meta, Google, TikTok):

    • Posters in waiting rooms

5.3 Word of mouth:

  • Encourage staff to refer patients to visit the website for info, booking, or updates
